| Design Challenge: These renderings were also produced for the first RotoVision 'Digital Lab' series of contemporary design related books. The images were used throughout the book, which was designed by Mono, and Touch Interactive were asked to produce these images to reflect 'digital design practice'. However, the images where specifically created to be less than photorealistic. The images had to reflect digital experience, including pixelated faults, and basic computational errors. It is very difficult to reproduce these results with the automated quality of the 3D software available today. (Mono, a London based graphic design company, often commission Touch Interactive to produce 3D rendering, animation and digital media for projects such as packaging design, book designs, web sites and film.)
